I just started a guild for people who want to play SRO in a more "friendly" way. The type of people who will step in and try and prevent 1 star popping, rescue traders about to die from mobs (even if they are a thief). Helping out newbies (for example people wearing outfits while grinding, talking rather than killing to them).

Basicly it's a guild for generally nice people of all 3 job classes, who believe you should do as you wish to be done to. People willing to stand up to the asshats of the game and go "We're not playing by your rules any more, we're going to do what's right and accept we may not win out and be the best, but we will hold the morale high ground and that's worth more than thief/hunter/trader/SP or any other type of exprience.

All levels are welcome, just as long as you stick to the "Do as you wish to be done" by rule and don't wish to be repeatedly killed by high leveled jerks outside Jangan.

Plus the guild tag looks awesome in orange, which is always a perk.
