I'm gonna re-roll on Troy since I heard there's a lot of drama and I enjoy watching it, also because the market is better then Venus. I haven't made a character yet but when I do it most likely will be a pure battle bard.

He might be, but regardless battle bard is a fun build, in fact, bard period is a fun build.

If u are looking for an English speaking guild, try to contact BiZkoTo or Connifeer. The guild's name is Crazy_Gang. They are all dudes. U must be legit and English speaking ofc. Lvl doesn't matter
