I don't know if there is for sure. If there is an xp hit for having a Chinese in the party I imagine over time a bigger hit would come from not having a full party resulting in lower MKPM. I have read on the forums in other topic people so focused on a pure Euro party that they will wait hours to get one formed. I think that's just stupid sure a mixed party may not be optimal but no party gets you no xp/sp.

From what I've seen/heard euros' xp isnt reduced, only the chinese gets less xp than euros in a 8/8 party. So far I've had positive experiences from mixed parties, as both euro and chinese chars.

Uber and I from Venus have proven that exp loss is 20% at a bare minimum. I will get some screen shots to back that up. It is one of the many reasons that I am for zero chinese/euro grind parties. But wouldn't some of this reduction take place for just adding a person anyway? Try adding a Euro first seeing the difference, then have them leave party and add a Chinese.

I think it works like this
If a euro joins a party all Europeans in the party gain a small boost to exp and if a Chinese character joins the party all Europeans in the party don't get the boost of another European character.
can someone please confirm this?

well i played few times in mixed pt as a bowman when by mind bows i lure mobs. 2 days ago i played in pt when was warior, 2wiz, cleric blader bowman and rest od chinesse nukers and it works preety well. Don't know how about exp but i know some eu clerics/wizards who play in chinesse pt unless they are bot dyeing.
What about diffrences maybe it is becouse of next member in pt, his lvl etc. It could be becouse if china in pt but there is few other possibilities...

Go out and grind with a friend or two, or even solo, while you wait. At least you'll get some experience during the wait.

Correct, why trying to ,ake perfect party when u can get exp by just biening in any party... btw i prefer using bladers as tankers, i dont like 2h warirors and thier knocking down skill, and using bowmans instead crossbow roques (same reason, i hate knockdown)...

+1 Ire! That's just nuts that people would rather sit for several hours and twiddle thumbs instead of just running with the party they could form. If you do get some increased benefit from being in an all euro party, it's not going to be the end of the world if you go grinding for a session or two w/ a mixed party.
