The Phoenix I bought had 5 items on it when I purchased it. Those are permanent.
When I bought 60 silk 3 months upgrade thingy, I got additionally 1 item + a new version of the older parts. Apart from that, I bought two "Tatoos" at the Stable NPC.
That makes it 8 all in all. The maximum amount of gear you can get that is permanent is 7.

do all of the packs for 60silk include saddle? because i couldnt find it anywhere and was wondering if its contained in the packages. Also there are 2 packages for every type of fellow. Does it matter which we pick? or do they all include a saddle?

I don't know the difference between the different packages, sorry.

I suppose that it is only a 1 way transfer, right? like you can get sp from the pet but can't give the pet sp (if you know what i mean). Oh and Is there any idea on what is the max a pet can handle?

First of all: Yes it is 1 way. Because your pet does not require sp. (Also prevents of transferring sp between players ^^) And the max SP a pet can handle is different for every level. Level 49 can only hold 428sp. A level 112 can handle over 68k sp.

And also, you don't have to be at town to transfer your sp. You just have to not attack anything for like 5-10 seconds

It would be 20 seconds then after attacking, like you can't ride, summon pets for 20 seconds after the attacking, Premium plus is 20 seconds too.
So it is safe to assume it is 20 seconds.
Good that it depends on level, been a while since joymax didn't mess up an update and you got what i meant by 1 way, would have been abused for transferring sp with the fellows, that was my point! =o
