Hi guys,

I played SRO back in 2007/2008 with my brother. i was young at the time, (12) and i was slightly too young to get serious about the game, but i have come back now, getting all the nostalgia, and i have started again on the Maya server (i believe thats which one it is) with a level 10

Basicly, i have a few questions.
1: Should i be playing SRO, or SRO-R. i just discovered about SRO-R and im not entirely sure what it is and how many peopel play it compared to regular SRO. can somebody give me a short explanation (unless u want to go into detail then i will happily read it) about SRO-R and the differences and the pro's-con's of playing it etc etc.

2: Does anyone want to add me ingame, and give me some free stuff, pointers, hints, tutorial anything to help me get back on my feet.

3: questions, comments, queries, throw them in and i'll answer. i think these questions are al i have for now.

THANKS ALOT!!!

Well Silkroad is still the same as it was back in 2007/2008, gold bots, player bots etc.

Silkroad-R is meant to be a better gameing experience from lvls 1-70, better quest rewards (more exp/sp).

You dont get any gold, item, mp/hp or grain drops between lvls 1-70 you get them free from a npc in each city.

You get given sos gear/weapons/acc all the way up to lvl 70 from a npc in every city.

Iv only just started playing Sro-R about 5 days ago so im still learning the new system, but basically Joymax have tryed to make Silkroad-R a better game than Silkroad.

thx,
ash

From my past 5 days of playing it does seem better but I dont know why :? lol
Still alot of grinding involved.

Hopefully someone who has played both games for a long time can give you a better explanation about the differences.

forget iSRO. either play on SRO-R or a private server. I prefer SRO-R cause that's the official game.

No need for free stuff, because in SRO-R you get free stuff whenever you hit a certain level (1-8-16-31-42-52-64). At these levels you get a free sos weapon and a free sos garm/prot/armor set and a sos accs set.

You also get tokens from monsters, with these tokens you can get SUN stuff from NPC like sun armor, accs and even weapons.

So in short, just join SRO-R and you'll be having a good time.

Well in isro I never managed to get past like lvl 34 or smthng, but on sror it was fairly easy to reach 70. That's gotta count for something^^
