I kno its not allow to talk about
no DC clients in this forum but in my opinion why
not i mean the server its full with bots and if you
dont have a premium youll wait hours to connect And
restar the game each time to attempt to connect a no Dc
Client kinda gives people who enjoy playn the game a chance
To connect quicker so whats wrong with using 1?

Well because it alters the game and gives you an unfair advantage, I think.. i don't know, If i didn't have a premium i'd probably use one can't see the harm, but NOT my rules if you don't like them, post somewhere esle

its just an illegal program to sro and we, the SILKROADforums dont like to talk about that stuff and get ourselves in trouble, we dont wanna be like botforums. we like to keep a bot-free enviroment

Isro didn't always d/c you when you couldn't get in. Then again there where alot of things Isro didn't do, but does now to compensate for premium users

Also i would suggest not talking about No-D/c clients on SRF in public >.> Just a warning this topic is gonna get locked :/

you can get No - d/c client without bot: http://www.google.com and its not illegal to sro [anymore] but it is illegal to discuss it on srf. Seriously i sense a lock

joymax has altered their ToS without informing the user :/ check my siggy, and ignore certain hints of sarcasm



as I said everyone had a fair chance, but that was not convenient for joymax.

I agree its illegal but Sro should give
everyone a fair chance to connect unless you paid.

And if ya did allow it in this forum then it would just be crappy with every registering just
to try to get 1 from here

by unfair advantage i meant that some one with the moded client has a higher chance of logging in faster than a regular user without a premium thus giving the user more time to grind

In quick words, it is a 3rd party program which is frowned upon in these forums. I really can't say the same from Joymax, SRO. But like most of us hope, those who use the No DC programs, bot programs, and any unfair programs (those that give these people and advantage over others)would get banned. But that's like hoping for world peace and end of corruption in the world, it ain't gonna happen.

Joymax has stated in their ToS that any method of altering the SRO client or other files is a violation. As the largest and most-viewed SRO forum on the internet, it is our responsibility to up hold JM's ToS.
