Does Final Defense Gender Tool work on any level item?

i had 3 pieces of 9d armor to switch over and was going to buy the gender tool up to level 9. but if i just buy the ones up to 12d would be better because then i could just keep using them.

They disappear after it has been used. Get 3 pieces of 9D switch instead.

ya but i was just wondering since the final defence gender tool is for items 10D-12D would it work on 9D as well?
