Which Server for stucking in 70cap ?

Hi all,
i wanna play Silkroad again, but i dont want to be max cap lvl.
i wanna stuck in 70-80cap. because it reminds me on old times...

so which server is the best for it?
any server with most english speaking ppl out there?

I think RedSter Online is currently the closest to what you want.

Yeah it isn't isro, but isro is only getting worse in the last months and private servers seems pretty good.
