Euro is for parties, and Chinese is for solo grindin.

I think on Euro you lvl much more faster(cuz of parties) and that's it.

I thikn you need to reword your question.
There is no best race to play.
It depends on everybody's playstyle.

If you like to grind by yourself for hours and hours, play Chinese
If you like to get in a party and grind with your guildies, play Euro.

well for me it was easy

chinese for me =
3 months farming at 16 then
6 - 9 months lvling with gt

euro for me =
0 gapping
and getting to 42 in a week with gt/ skill ticket

well the choice was easy for me
