There been alot of discusion at the last time here at sroforums..

Ive just made a new char, he is a bower, and now that i read alot of posts by going 80:80 % im lost..

i want a strong character, cause i blew my last one up and made as many all the stupit wrong mistake making str hybrid (my first char)

Now i want a strong char in pvp as well as pve..

and serius im lost about all this -.- ..

Can someone help me? im lvl 33 and putted all on str but i can still make the 80:80 build, and i need help now, before i screw another char >.<.

I think a pure str bow+fire and blade for sub weapon is powerfull
dont got the time 2 make one. with pure str bow - pure int nuker and blade can save ur ass when ur hp is low or close up fight

yeah..pure str is the best..most hp/highest crits lol, like someone else said, hybrid are tricky


Sidnote: I pvped a lvl 80 dual wep blade/glaive and he did pretty high dmg with his glaive when I got those statusses (lol) from the lit chain

go pure str, it being the cookie cutter build for bowers, only if your good should you go 70:70 that takes time and good knowlegde of your character to play.

I myself am a hybrid bow and my character is very powerful, no matter what pure str fans say it. But for your case, I'd also recommend for you to go pure str, because there is less chance you screw it up. Hybrid bows are more fitting to experienced players who know what they're doing.

If you go hybrid you wont last as long as you would if you went pure str.

why would people say 70:70 bow when 80:80 is better?

70:70 is the base stats that the build goes to. With fully pimped gears, it can reach 80:80. They're the same build, except one is without any blues, one is with full blues.

;o .. i think ill go pure str.. im expirinced, i played like a year.. and well, i always wanted pure str, but i was confused, i pik pure str since my blader was like 30 points to int, couldnt kill anyone ..

Pure str bow is sooooo boring. Like someone said "shitty" dmg, although the crits are pretty good.
70:70 Does way better dmg, and is more fun to play with (at least for me )

Hey, I'm also a supporter of 70:70 bow. It's as good as full str bow, both builds are pretty good and I don't see why they must clash each other.

I just suggested he went full str because he seemed so confused, he's better not have any regrets when making a hybrid. He might screw up.

I'm not experiencing any problems with my damage as a pure str bow and I'm neither 80 nor fully farmed yet. Fully farmed 80 pure bows definitely deal plenty of damage though.
