Every time I disjoint a blue'd 8Deg item I get one lol =/ For fun I Steady 6'd most of my items lol.

From my experience those are fairly common for me to get and as for price, I'm sure pacific is different than greece but you could sell em around 800k to 1 mil, though I sell mine for less.

they're not rare, in Oasis you can get them for like 700/800k.
