They've removed the post that denied the problem and blamed the users / websites and replaced it with this.

Still not helping users that got hacked and the stupid hacker changed the email in the account. You can't change password you can't login you can't do anything. No support :/

they are neither taking the blame nor saying it wasn't their fault.

they are acknowledging that a condition does indeed exist by which certain users' accounts are at risk and forcing those users to take precautions to protect their accounts.

they are not, however, doing anything to help those whose accounts have already been compromised.

it's almost like if the government of the state of California did nothing to help those who lost their homes in the fires in the Malibu area but then forced anyone who didn't to purchase fire insurance.

kinda only addresses 1/2 the problem.

It is really an insult that initial post. I was about to call them again but I think I give up on this game and wait for aion which looks way better the game is better in a fact that players can jump and fly etc. http://www.plaync.com/us/games/aion/ dont know when it is coming out though. Thru this saga I have lost 6 friends and my secondary account which had 1 bil worth of equipment and 250mil gold. I feel really sad about the whole thing.

of course the maintenance will be better because i think you actually have to pay to buy the game
regardless it looks better than guildwars i might buy it

That's why joymax said ago months, to verify your joymax account, then the hacker would have no chances to change the mail. If you remember old ID/SA/current used mail, you still can change the password, so. :p

I tryed getting the vertification code it was never delivered ><.... Then people said it didn't work or it wasn't safe. So i sadly didn't bother with it :/

People said..don't listen to other people, i used verification email system, let's say i would get hacked, they login to my char, clear it, but cant take it over, cuz its verified..if it isnt verified, they can clear your char, and take it over. That's why it was better, to verify your account :/

hummm I don't get it... I tried to chnage pw on my account but I didn't have SA so I messed around with the account (never got the window with email /sa option) and ended not changing anyting but the account is unblocked <_<

I would buy Anti-Hacking insurance in game if offered! :banghead:

I was the first hacked with this flaw, really suks. They will never roll back to Oct 6 will they? ROFL %&#@%

Stay off game until its fixed, or you will be compromised! My account was hacked again, this time, LVL15 Murderer! HA, no biggie, COuldn't take anything else!! ROFL

Stewie, I told you all, I never bot, did anything stupid, and if you read page 2 in MITHRIL REWARD I told you all how it was done...Cheers...Happy Holidays! JM will fix and make us whole somehow.
