 Post subject: SP farming, how quick can it be done?

so honestly now, what the quickest amount and way to farm sp lets say per hour, when i make my next character I want to rack up alot of sp at low lvls, I have always heard lvl 16 with a 9gap and using a bow, but whats the most you guys have seen and even plvling.
