First of all, you need a game recording program
There's
http://www.fraps.com/ (FRAPS) But the free version only does 30 seconds at a time, and is watermarked.
I use (someone mentioned it on here a while ago)
http://taksi.sourceforge.net/ (TAKSI) but there isn't any sound at the moment.
There are others, which I'm sure you can search for.
When you have one of these programs. they'll usually have a key bind to start recording, and likewise to stop.
