is it true that if im for example lvl 30 and lvl 3 thef that i can kill lvl 35-40 hunter lvl 1,or something like that,does it matter what job lvl am i when i fight whit someone that has some other job item on

and are my npc thefs stronger if my job lvl is bigger

i heard this from a friend tell me if he is wrong

i think if you have a higher lvl in ur job it does additional damage to the other jobs.. same lvl chars though..

As of now, its not true. They are coming up with a job update that will give each job specific unique capabilities, but its yet to be implemented.
