Hybrid INT should I farm at 32 or wait until a higher level

Just needed some opinions on the best time to farm, I have my highest mastery level at 23... also I am Currently level 26 ... thanks for the help

Farm at 42, cause you won't have your nukes at 32. Farm in dead ravine or bunwangs.
