If you want to get SP at the fastest rate, this is what you must do. Unfortunately, you will not level very quickly.

http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=21268 to get how much SP you need. If you are not deleveling, what level you reach your goal will depend on how much you need.
