Have searched and searched but don't think I will have any luck, so I will just ask my questions.
Is it possible to view another players equipment and or character build/level in game?
I have found that you can either shift+click or ctrl+click (can't remember exactly) to whisper the target player. I was just curious if the above is possible too.

Unless the person whos you there items then no, you cant see there stats
