Actually the Math is *X2 -1* so SoS is +5, to get SoM you X2 SoS then -1, so its +9, and SoSun is +17

Seal of star +5
Seal of moon +10
Seal of sun +15

If you had a lvl 16 seal of moon bow it would be a lvl 26 bow because its +10
