Just say u get a skill in the 2nd book can u delvl all the skills u needed in the first book to get it?

if i this is what i think what you are asking, then no. you need all the skills in the first book if you want to get the second book (unless the max first book is not on the requirement).

No like I like add the skill in the 2nd book would I still need the skills in the first book? or can I de lvl them and get some sp.
