Where are Ongs/Blood Ongs?

There's a lvl 33 quest that says hunt Ongs for a ring. Where and what are ongs? ;o

if its the quest to find some retards wedding ring dont bother...and why
you ask? well because this quest as the worst random chance factor in
the entire game, first time i tried it i spent 2 weeks looking for it before
i got it.

after that i never bothered with my other characters. a waste of time

that sucks lol...when I did...I potted up, ready for some hardcore searching and guess what, first kill I got teh ring ><

Well I like doing quests like this. It's a reason to grind. ;o

Btw 3+ hours at ongs and no ring.
