if you have steady on it, it will keep the item from losing durability.
if you have immortal on it, it lower the chance your item breaks if you enhance
it over +4
to keep an item from going to +0, your item must be +4 or higher. if you
then put
astral on it (can only be bought with silk) your item will never
go any lower than +4. however, if you try to go from +8 to +9 and it fails
to +4, it will feel as if it went to +0 lol . fail is still fail.
