This kind of problem occurs often with many people. Im not sure there are many versions about it, some say its the graphic card's driver and other say it has something to do with a file in SROs directory, change some IP address or smth and youre done. But Im not sure, wait for someone who knows before you try anything.

As for the problem, if it pops up when you start the game, it is most likely a graphic card driver not being up-to-date. Download the latest drivers for your card and it should run just fine.
If the game crashes while yo play, and this error pops up, then it's a SOUND card problem. You can either download the latest drivers to your sound card, or simply turn off the background music and background noise (sound effects should still work fine) and listen to some other music instead of the game's
