Hybird Int 85% magic attack should i get ....

Im hybird int with 85% magical balance. I use sword and shield and was wondering if i should max lion shout or the blade skill that shoots out the sword thingy, something soul or something like that. I cannot remember the name of it but im at work right now.

to me it seems like soul cut blade is doing more dmg than lion shout at the same lvl skills. and not to mention soul cut blade has critical dmg which is gonna be useful. But then again im only using this skill to finish off enemies which will probably highly unlikely used when power grinding like the caves and such.

soul cut. Lion shout is mainly for pure ints, or hybrid ints who have high magic balance.

Work on getting at least a 90% mag balance, sp farm and then get both
