Will it be possible for a chinese char with 9 gap to come along with european chars? That is if those people will allow them into the party. But having a 9 gap and playing with European party seems like its gonna own in SP farming.

If you're asking if chinese chars can party with euro chars yes they can. However, having a chinese in a euro party makes all the other euro chars useless because the chinese char can do everything.
