What do these mean? And on a side note, how do I calculate the damage I will do from my stats?

Physical and magical balances are simply a reflection of your stat points. More int = higher magic balance and lower physical balance. More Str = viceversa.

The damage equation for final damage is unknown.

i heard the physical reinforce and mag rein on weapons contribute to damage. Does the same thing apply with armor? (protectectors garment. etc)

Yes. Physical and Magical reinforcement help determine your damage range with that weapon equipped. See the link in my sig for a reference. The reinforces on gear (armor prot garment) i would assume work the same way but effect your physical and magical defence stat, as opposed to your attack damage.

more str doesnt mean to lower the mag balance. you can add 5 str on you weapon, your physical balance will go up, but the magical wont go down.

Phy. Atk = [Phy. attack power + (Str stat * Phy. Reinforce)] * [1 + weapon mastery/100]

Mag. Atk = [Mag. attack power + (Int stat * Mag. Reinforce)]

Never said what causes them to go up and down, but when you build an int heavy character, you have a higher magic balance and a lower physical balance, and viceversa for str, which is what i said. A reflection of your stat points. More str does decrease magic balance when those stat points are added from the 5 you get when you level. Gear will never negitavely effect your balance, else nobody would be above 80% phys or mag with fully pimped gear.
