I have a few questions I'd like to ask, so here we go:
I am planning on going with this build and I need around 299k SP:

1. Can I go from level 1-80 (w/e max is) with a 3-5 gap and deleveling to farm when I need?
OR:
2. SP farm at level 16 with a 9 level gap (I can't afford and this will take forever)?
3. If I leave a 5 level gap, do I have to grind? Or can I quest?
The main question about the first one is; Can I level with a 3-5 level gap without having a SP problem? When I hit level 13 will I be able to afford to upgrade of 4 mastery's/skills of level 7 and not worry about whether I have enough SP for the level 8 mastery/skills at level 14?
