Academy small question

I had a friend and he join my academy from lvl 20 now after he accidents leave Academy b/c he thought it a party team lol when he was at lvl 38
but then after that he join back at lvl 39 is that still fine, do i still get the honors points?
need a answer

sorry but no

he will only graduated and get the 40% bonus when he get to level 40 but you won't get any honor point.
