I bought a Premium Gold Ticket and collected purification seeds for the premium ticket users quest. After my ticket ran out I still had 330 seeds, so I bought a Premium Silver Ticket, but now I can't collect seeds or turn in the quest anywhere. What gives?

You only get the quest with the GPT I believe.
