What makes the gap the weapon mastery or the force mastery?

Your character level Minus your highest mastery level (weapon or force tree, whatever is highest).

It doesn't matter, the highest masteries level - your current character level will give you some gaps

For example,
Your Level: 65
Your Masteries: Fire 60, Lightning 55, Heuksal 50
Your Gaps: 5

Fire is the highest level masteries. So, 65 - 60 = 5

weapon mastry and force masry are ur skills.
there r 3 weapon mastries:
bicheon" sword&bade skills", huskul"glavie&spear skills " and pacheon"BOW skills" .
there r 4 force mastries:
Cold,Light,fire and force.
u have only 300 mastry points
Gap= the highest mastry lvl - ur current lvl.
with gap u get more sp and less EXP
u have at MAX 9 gap
when u have 9gap u can start farming and get 0.5 Sp per a mob without GT
but man let me tell u something when ur weapon and force skills mastries u will b very very strong.
im pure str germant glavier fire and light lvl 33 all my skills at lvl 33 i can kill lvl 36
i advice u to get 9gap and farm till u get bored and collect some amout of sp to be mroe stronger
