Its not 15 TIMES better.
Its the same as that weapon + 15.
+5 for SOS
+10 for SOM
+15 for SOSUN
It if it 5 times better, a 64 sos would be as good as a lvl 320.
Dont be silly.

Seal of Star is the same as (+5) on an item. I will use Seal of Star as an example.
If you have an Item that says "Seal of Star" in yellow text, which I'm sure you have seen. That is the same as (+5) on an item name. Now if you have an item that has (+3) which is usually most common on equipment when enchanting AND has Seal of Star, that would be the equivalent of a regular non Seal of Star item being (+8) understand?
So Seal of Moon would be like a (+13) and Seal of Sun would be like (+18) if it was a regular item. So a non Seal of Sun item that has (+15) would be the same as a Seal of Sun item. Of course this is considering the item also has a normal (+3) on top of the item being a Seal of Star/Moon/Sun.
Seal of Star is (+5)
Seal of Moon is (+10)
Seal of Sun is (+15)
Each item basically has hidden enhancements no different than normal elixirs. SoX CANNOT be removed from an item like regular elixirs can. If you are using an elixir to enchant an item, it can eventually fail and lose all of the enchantments, but no matter what happens the SoX can't be lost.
Getting even (+6) on an item using elixirs though, is NOT easy. Which is why SoX items are so sought after. I hope I explained anything else that was forgotten. :)

um.. when a weapon has +# then that means that, the wep is = to a weapon of that lvl..
like prented you have a SoSun + 9 lvl 16 bow (best you can get.. right?) so it means that SoSun (is +10) and +9 so its +19. And the bow is lvl 16, so 16 + 19 = 35. So that bow would be equal to a lvl 35 bow. roughly equal, doesnt mean exactly.. well, i think thats what it is.

correction:
+9 is not max. max is like +255 or something, but (pretty much) impossible to get >_> seen a few +11's though...
sosun is +15 so 16+9+15= lvl 40 weapon

Dont be silly. Yea, i should have not said "times". Sorry to have messed the new guy up.. Anyway, you know what I mean lol.
Yeah we all knew, i just thought i'd be sharp cos the new guy would believe ANYTHING someone with a high post count says lol.
Simple enough mistake to make! xD
