I can't believe I'm asking this, but I'm level 28 right now and I am wondering what the secondary skill bar is for. It's the one that you can move around, but I never saw the need to use it. What is it for?

its just there for quick use, for example, changing weapons, you can put the weapons there, horses, scrolls, pots to keep track of how many u got left. and stuff like that

just something handy to click I guess, also hold space + press number to use skill from that bar, when the stuff is aligned vertically, it goes
1 6
2 7
3 8
4 9
5 0
and horizontally (not totally sure, haven't used it)
1 2 3 4 5
6 7 8 9 0

Its correct

And you can arrange it in one line:
1 -> 0

or

9
0

yay

though arranging in a line would take so much room

Thanks for the answers xD I can see how it can be useful.

i think its really useful, especially if you have 2 masteries and have to switch weapons alot and i keep alot of my buffs in it too.
