acedemy is for low lvls 1-40 to learn about the game from higher, experianced players, you kill things, and get a buff, turn it in, you get exp bonus, once you reach 40, you get 1mil exp, and you leave the acedemy, after 40 you can join an acedmy as a gaudian apprentice, where you really just do the same but no graduate, then once you hit 60, you can create your own, andhelp noobs alike
