ok -i just made a pay-pal acct.

it says its unverified but im going to use my credit card or a gift card.. -

can i still buy s-ilk when my paypal is unverified? because i need a bank account for that but i dont have one?

You still can up to an amount, but some sites prefer you being verified (not sure what it is with purchasing on silkroadonline). To be safe, get your account somehow verified before making purchases.

i had a $25 gift card thing so i bought 100 silk (10.00)

and i went back to buy another $10 one but it says i have to wait till 00:00!? is that in 1 hour or -in 12 hours? =[

and why is that?
