Yea mosters drop them after you kill them but there very rare i have only ever found one

i only found one at lvl 32, and some people at lvl 70 still haven't found one, so maybe it isn't ur time yet

out of the 10 char. ive made(i am not exaggerating) ive only got 2 lvl 1 SOS, which i NPC'ed(oops!)
