when i increase my mastery level, lets say i increase fire mastery, will the fire nuke be more powerfull?

You first of all have to get to level 30 fire, then you can level the actual skill up, that is what makes it more powerful.

i just asked if when i level up my mastery level the skill gets stronger?

Increase Mastery=1% increase damage.

ya what he said, lvl 30 mastery is 30%, lvl 31 is 31% and so on, lvl up the fire nuke and he'll get stronger lol, but you can keep it at lvl 1, you'll make it to lvl 43 for the next so no need for lvl-ing it
