1.) Is there a difference between the monkey and squirrel? If so, what is it? Do these two pets have their own inventory? How big is it? Can you drop items from their inventory?

2.) Is global chat a permanent item you never have to buy again?

3.) Are stall decorations permanent, meaning when I close and re-open my stall they will always be there?

4.) Can I buy silk is weird amounts, considering they have only 50, 100, and 300 options? Meaning, can I buy 50 and 100 silk?

5.) Is the character model item able to switch to any model, including ones of the opposite gender?

I was thinking about getting 150 silk and buying a monkey, global chat, and the stall decorations. Is the monkey reall worth it? I'm level 21 and I don't really ever run out of inventory before my equipment starts to break and I need to go back to town anyways. It would make picking up items less of a hassle but I can live with that. Would you think saving that 88 and using it on something like 100% EXP items (or saving it for a 4 week one whenever I buy more silk) would be better? Or I suppose I could do the 4-week silver ticket, global, and the stall decorations.

no, you get 11 globals in 1 purchase.

3.) Are stall decorations permanent, meaning when I close and re-open my stall they will always be there?
That, I don't know.

4.) Can I buy silk is weird amounts, considering they have only 50, 100, and 300 options? Meaning, can I buy 50 and 100 silk? yes, but that'll have to be done in 2 purchases I think.

Well, meanings will be diversed over this, but I think a monkey is better, unless you want to level up really fast. With a monkey you dont have to worry about items anymore, meaning you walk on to other mobs faster, and thus kill faster. You can also "set" a monkeuy to get other people's stuff, and so can get "home" with a nice surprise for you ;)

One more question:

How do 4-weeks silver/gold tickets work? It says they only work up to 24 hours. Does that mean if I play 3 hours each day that one 4-week ticket will last 8 days? And what is it saying about unused hours? Don't quite understand it.

And thanks for the replies.

you get one day to get extra exp for 3 hours. So you get 3 hours every 24 hours until it resets and you get another 3 hours

Hmm, did you make a new char recently? Because you get A "helper-ticket" with those, those indeed only last 24 hours, or 3 hours of combat-time. As for a "regular" gold- or silver-ticket, those last up to 4 weeks(28 days) and you get 3 hours of "grind time" a day. If you aren't able tpo play 3 hours a day, the left ime will be transfered to the next day, up to a max of ??(I thought 12) hours.

If you know for sure you won;t be able yo be playing 3 hours a day, for 4 weeks, I'd take a monkey/squirrel.

No, I was looking at the market and bot the 1 day and 4-week tickets both say "The total usable time for this item is 24 hours." I thought it worked they way you described, but the description hinted otherwise.

Give you an example to make it clear...

Let's assume you start the 4-week gold ticket on Monday 8:00 am. So that means from 8:00 am onwards you'll have 3 hours of time to have double exp & sp. This 3 hours doesn't mean that it'll end at 11:00 am. If you initiate a fight, the gold ticket will start to countdown. If let's say you kill a monster, and you rest or go back to town. Now after you killed the last monster, the countdown will still continue for 20 seconds. If after 20 seconds there're no attacks have been made, then the countdown time stop. So that means you can still go to town to re-pot of repair things or wadever you wanna do WITHOUT the gold ticket running.

So once you completed the 3 hours on Monday, let's say...at 1:00 pm (kill mob slowly and go back town/rest often). Then from 1:00 pm onwards your exp/sp will go back to normal. The gold ticket can only start again on the next day, which is on Tuesday 8:00 am. However, let's say you have just played silkroad on Monday for... 1 hour. So that means you still got another 2 hours of ticket time right? This 2 hours will start countdown anytime as long as you initiate an attack. It's not necessary that this 2 hours can only be used on the next day 8:00 am. This continues for 4 weeks, or 28 days to be specific.

I read from other thread and if I'm not mistaken, if let's say you can't online today, which means you didn't login Silkroad for the whole day, the time will be accumulated onto the next day and if I'm not mistaken the max accumulated time is 6 hours.

Once you start using the gold ticket, the countdown will be done automatically. In order to stop the countdown, you can choose a party with equally distribution. If you join this kinda party then the countdown will not initiate even if you start an attack. This is usefull when you plan to go and do some job like trading/thieving/hunting. Well, you don't wanna waste your countdown killing those NPC thief that spawns right (if trading) :D
