Just like with the guide it will indeed 'register/save' your highest achieved level. I was thinking about delvling too from 101 to 100 for a 10d som weapon but yeah, not possible. Sucks balls.

i said it based on once when u reach 21 , u are not able to use that free return to last died location or last return scroll location when deleveled .

it is like 0 gap in gaining sp . it is actually weird since he get too little sp to bother dlvl . but it may be a second char for simple tasks lke( group pvp char [ capture the flag and battle arena , etc ] ) .
my friend once saw a chinesse char 3x in ctf and he lvled all the possible masteries ( the whole 9 ) with som, sosun gear and sun weapons it was a pvp char .

But you didn't give your reasons at first. rivermonster wrote: do you know what happens when mastery level is higher than character level? just wondering because i see some wizz using level 60 skills but char level is just 40+, why do they do it? It's a pretty popular way to ongfarm in ksro. Atleast it was, I'm not sure if it's still being done there. They would lvl to like lvl 64-70 and lvl max out all the important attack skills. Then they would delvl back to lvl 52 and use a SoX staff (usually sun ofcourse) to farm other chars at ongs. Apparently you still get drops at lvl 52 at euro ongs so they could farm items (SoX ofcourse) while farming their or other people's chars. Also from what I remember it remembers your highest lvl, also for ctf so even if you delvl from say lvl 70 to 42 just to have the skills and increased hp/mp you'll still get in the match with lvl 70's. Ofcourse this is assuming ctf works properly and doesn't **** up like it's doing now usually. A way I sometimes did ctf is log in on my lower lvl char in an account (lvl 48) and register at the ctf. Then I would relog on that same account but get on my highest lvl char (72 at the time) and wait till pvp starts. Because I registered with the low lvl I would come in parties ranging from lvl 45 to 55 and well, I could rape them all. Which I usually didn't, I just sat their and relax haha... Oh well, not sure if it's still possible haha, or if it matters since lvl 30's can get in with lvl 70's now anyways.

so does deleveling work for farming? let say your char is level 40 and you want to delevel to 20 and farm Ong. lets assume you have 9 gap. works the same as regular char at level 20? or you get less exp and skp?

if you have your masteries at lv 11 , then yes it is like a constant 9 gap ( 9 gap is biggest you can get more gap won't affect exp / sp gain rate )

It won't make a difference for farming, but yes it can register it at other things (ctf/arena/guide guy etc).

Don't forgot to delvl your masteries too then or it'll be useless, but it should work. Don't know why you would need the extra hp though but ok. Also you will loose the 1 str/int that you get every lvl when you delvl. Plvl works to around 11 lvl's above the low lvl in the party, so yeah anything above 11 lvl's and the gained xp will start to drop.
