New Storage NPC?? SANSAN, ON TOP OF NORMAL STORAGE...?

There is a new character above storage named SANSAN, she sits on top of the normal storage box. She also has a different NPC message, whats the difference??

Must have just happened last night with the server inspection. :roll:
