All weapons and armours have a value, then an extra value at the end in brackets.
Whats it actually mean/stand for? as several people I have already asked have conflicting answers.

Thx.

And can I add?

Like what does it mean when the name of the weapon is blue, and what does all the terms below it mean (like steady, immortal, luck etc.)

I think the immortal, luck, steady are to do with the alchemic (that even a word?) properties of the item, i.e. lucky is easier to enhance, etc. However, the other things have puzzled me too, apart from Blue is more expensive =p but I doubt thats all there is too it.

I will try to explain it as best as i can.

The % at the bracket is how much is it better than NPC weapon.

Let's say 100 - 150(0%) physical attack is the stats of NPC weapon.
If 200- 250(100%), it means that the particular weapon will not have a better physical attack as it is already 100%(max)

Thus if 200-250(100%) then a 50% will have a physical attack of 150- 200(50%)

Compare it with 100 - 150(0%) to 150 - 200(50%). Obviously the second one is better. Thus the higher the % in the bracket the better it is

Thank you, that answers a question I posted in this thread:
http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=17862

So, do all the (+xx%) in the rest of weapon/armor stats reflect it's relevance to NPC weapons/armor?

Do you know whether those values are related to the items Degree or Required Level?

An example:
Image

Critical 4 (+16%)
If this weapon's Critical got raised to 100%, it would be 25? (4/.16=25). That would be a critical every 4th hit, considering that number is a %. Are there weapons like that? Or am I seeing this wrong.

Sorry if it seems like I'm over complicating this. I really want to understand how these values work so I'll know good weapons and armor when I see them.

Maybe there could be one "official" weapon and armor stats FAQ for stuff like this, considering there have been several related threads started recently.

Glaive has a critical of 2 at 0% thus critc 2(0%)

Since your glaive is crtical 4(16%), this shows that it is better than the NPC weapon critical by 16%.

Therefore a difference of 2 critical is 16%. a 100% will be 12.5. But remember we must add the original critical because even at 0%, the critc is 2

Thus 12.5+2 = 14.5, I don't know if it goes to 14 or 15 but seriously i have never seen a gliave with a critical of 15.

Oh well this is what i think. Hope more experienced players can help. And please don't try calculating dmg formula. It is too complicated. I don't even know how they arrive at min attack and max attack.
