...anyone of you know what a bot is? ....I don't get it....

it's a third party program that plays the game so you don't have to.

It's uses are to level a character faster or to get lots of gold. They are very intelligent, yet have flaws that make them easy to spot.

Essentially its like a macro. Very efficient when it works.

It gives the user an unfair advantage as they can grind essentially 24/7.

The bots out there for SRO are pay to use, unless you find a cracked one and those will often contain trojans to steal your account or items.

There is some debate going on as to wether or not the bot web sites are selling account information to others as well.

It's not a legitamate way to play the game and highly frowned upon in this community.

I've seen alot of bots, but I thought they were real players just killing and no talk....they always come and steal my kill, it's sooo annoying! hehe, I usually yell at them and stuff.....I guess my words didn't get to them...lol.

Is purchasing bots even legal??? It shouldent be, it's CHEATING! >.<
