How do u get the exp/sp/items bar all into the chat bar?

it might be a simple noob question but ive looked around for a bit but i cant find it anywhere. all helpful tips are appricated.
and plz dont post use the search bar kinda pisses me off cause im posting in questions and answers not looking for the search bar thx
