How do I change my characters name?

I have gone to the main silkroad site and tried, but I can't figure out how to actually change my characters name. I log in. Then I go to profile. Then I go to change characters name. I enter my location and the character I want changed yet it doesn't change it... Please Help. Thanks! :banghead:

You can't change your character's IGN.

Why does it have the option in silkroadonline.net? I am confused.

Once again JM doesn't explain it very well but when it says change character name, it means to change your forum name on silkroadonline.net to a specific IGN your using.

So it has nothing to do with IGN just the name on the forums. Ugh, that sucks. Well thanks for explanation
