My friend brought this question up. He is a full int nuker, sword. he said if he wears armor and nukes he gives less damage then wearing garment

so my question is if u you int attack, does garment give a int power boost

and if u use armor, do u get a physical boost?

I think Garment gives a magic boost (and speed)

Armour gives you better defense.

Garment reduces the mana needed to perform a skill, it wont make it anymore powerful.

There are no damage bonuses from any armor type.

Full Armor - high phy def, low mag def, no bonus

Full Protector - med phy/mag def, +10% movement speed, -10% mp consumption

Full Garment - low phy def, high mag def, +20% movement speed, -20% mp consumption

Also to add reason he might believe that could be because the armor he wears has better blues, which are probably int or str.
