can sombody tell me the difference between a identity card and special identity card. and also black suit and black devil suit ???? whats the difference ???

there is a 1 mil flag for traders also. looks similar to the dragon flag. you can find them in Hotan at the trade shop.

you would be mistaken in those bleiefs. I suggest you read through joymax's Q&A's from around August. You will see them telling you there is no difference between the 2 suits.
