You need lvl 4 guild and it you need to buy an emblem for 20k gp and 1m gold

Not hard at all. It goes directly in your silkroad folder as in it should look something like My Computer -> C:/ -> My programs -> Silkroad Online and it goes right there. It also has to be saved in 24 bitmap, be 16x16 and be called guildmark.bmp
