& i know ice sucks but its what i started with

snow-storm ice shot/rain are nukes.

str builds =/= nukes

Max flying dragon or 'hurl spear', it will benefit you more than hitting 300's with snow storm.

Yeah, max out flying dragon and leave out ice shot, even if you are a nuker.
