SO as a pure int is taking your bicheon mastery to 80 necessary. I mean each point put in increases attack power. Does that mean physical attack power because i kinda wanna experiment and was wondering if i could leave sword at 69.

Mastery level increases power for whatever tree it is for.
So points into Bicheon increase physical attack with a sword/blade.
