Hello everyone,

I just started up SRO the other day. I spent the two days before that reading on forums etc. I noticed a few people talking about balance? You need it to be 90 in order ot do more dmg or something? Is this only for hybrid characters? Or Nukers? I noticed lots of nukers talk about balance. Could anyone clarify for me please? :?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. THanks :)

When you press 'C' in-game, you will see all of your stats, including a part that tells you your mag and phy balances. Its a percentage. The higher the balance for either one means you hit harder when relying on it.

So, lets say you have a magic balance of 90%. Your nukes will hit hard. Whereas, you will barely leave a scratch if you choose to just hack & slash with no skills. If you have a phy balance of 90%, your weapons skills will hit hard as hell and nukes are useless to you. Also, the higher the balance, the more defense you have against that type of attack.

When making a hybrid, 90% is usually the goal because anything less is sorta middle-road between str and int. Meaning that you will hit hard, but not hard enough to make it worth being a hybrid. 90% makes it worth it - you can hit hard and still have the advantages despite losing a very small amount of dmg.

I hope I explained it enough.
