hey my friend got hacked and I was wondering can he change his secret question?? cause there is really no point in changing pw if the hacker knows his secret question.

yeah he did.. just thought it was a waste being as he can still logg into his other char. this s.ucks though....

you can change the email so the hacker cant see the secret answer

no when you go to forgot your password the hacker has to type in the ID and the correct email address. so if he knows ur email address u better change it so he cant change ur pass
